This was far worse than working on his own, where at least he could treat people fairly.

He knew there had to be something better.

Right away, he could tell it was very different.

He learned that at John’s, your job as a service technician is to simply inspect the customer’s heating and air conditioning equipment.

Then, inform the customer about what you found, what options they have, and empower them with all the information they need to make the decision that is best for their situation.
