No Breakdown Guarantee:

If after completing a Heating, AC, or Plumbing system inspection, tune-up, or drain cleaning (and any recommended repairs), your system experiences an issue due to improper maintenance performed by us within 6 months of service, John’s Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing will come back and diagnose the problem during regular business hour for FREE!*

1-Year Done-Right Repair Guarantee:

We guarantee residential HVAC or Plumbing repairs completed by John’s Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing for a period of 1 year. If a repair or part fails during the guarantee period and you completed all recommended repairs at the time of service, we willcome back during regular business hours and address it for FREE.

If, at the time of the repair, you are, or become, a Peak Performance Maintenance member, we will extend coverage to a period of 2-years.**

*Guarantee work performed outside of regular business hours will incur additional charges. **All Guarantee work performed outside of regular business hours will incur additional costs. The Guarantee covers repairs for refrigerant leaks at the location of the original repair. The Guarantee does not apply to customer-supplied parts or material: refrigerant loss, drain hoses, failures due to lack of maintenance, compressors, variable speed motors, heat exchangers, filters, coils, obsolete parts, animal damage, or acts of God. For drain cleaning services, all drain lines must be structurally sound and in good working condition. ***In the event that major electrical or sheetrock finishing is required, subcontractors may be recommended to complete that portion of the job. You will be notified and must provide approval before any subcontractors are engaged.
