I have been a customer of John's refrigeration for 15+ years. I called this morning for an issue with my thermostat and Courtney scheduled a later afternoon appointment, but also indicated she would prioritize the call and attempt to a rep out earlier. Sure enough, she called at noon and Shawn arrived within 15 minutes. As with all my previous experiences over 15 years, Shawn was professional and very technically adept. He had to run out for a part and returned and complete the call before 1:45pm. John's is an organization of caring, reliable, thoughtful and effective employees.
