Service & Repair Guarantees
No Breakdown Guarantee:
After completing an Inspection & Safety Check or Tune-Up & Cleaning (and any recommended repairs), your system will remain breakdown free for 6 months or we will come back and diagnose the problem during regular business hours for FREE!
1-Year Done-Right Repair Guarantee:
We guarantee residential repairs completed by John's Heating and Cooling for a period of 1 year. If a repair or part fails during the guarantee period and you completed all recommended repairs at the time of service, we will come back during regular business hours and address it for FREE.*
If, at the time of the repair, you are, or become, a Peak Performance Club member, we will extend coverage to a period of 2-years.**
*Guarantee work performed after hours will incur additional charges. Guarantee on refrigerant leaks covered for the location of the original repair. Guarantee does not include refrigerant loss, drain hoses, failures due to lack of maintenance, compressors, variable speed motors, heat exchangers, filters, coils, obsolete parts, animal damage, or acts of God. **In the event, Membership is not active or inspections are not up to date the guarantee will revert back to our standard 1-Year Done Right Guarantee.
