After calling us for a quote on an HVAC system replacement, the customer chose to go ahead and get a new unit. We were happy to install a new 3 ton Trane heat pump for them with a new filter base, insulated transition, a new p trap with safety switch, a new low volt pigtail, and a new armor flex. We made sure to seal all connections and added a new disconnect with whip and a new condenser pad. After performing a QCA start up and checklist, we ensured the heat pump was running within manufacturer specifications. The system is covered by a 10 year warranty. Trane Heat Pump Install - E Jumping Cholla Drive, Gold Canyon, AZ
We were recently called out to this address twice because the customer states their system is blowing warm air. System is low on refrigerant. We found the leak in the outdoor coil. Gave the customer options to replace system and everything was approved. We installed a 5 ton split attic heat pump. The air handler was installed with a new full length pan, safety switch, sealed all duct work at the unit. The condenser was installed with a new disconnect, whip, and surge protector. We did a complete start up. Customer is happy with their new comfortable surroundings. Of course, a 10 year parts, 10 year compressor, and 2 year labor warranties are covering this system.
